This Refund and Return Policy of IDEAL PACK governs the return, replacement, and refund process for products purchased through www.idealpackstore.com.

1. A return request may be initiated by customers if the product received is damaged, defective, not in usable condition, not of acceptable quality, missing parts or accessories, or is different from what was ordered based on the product description provided on the website. Returns may also be requested in cases of dissatisfaction related to size, fit, colour, printing, or similar characteristics.

2. While raising a return request on www.idealpackstore.com, users may choose to seek a refund of the amount paid for the product. The user must select the relevant invoice from the list of invoices at the time of submitting the return request.

3. Customers are required to deliver the product to the nearest Ideal Pack Sales Centre or to a location communicated by the E-Commerce back-end team. Products must be unused and returned with original price tags intact, original packaging undamaged, and all accessories included.

4. The product must be kept in its original, unused condition along with the original invoice or sale receipt, brand outer box, and manufacturer packaging for a successful return. Ideal Pack reserves the right to reject returned products that do not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.

5. Upon receiving a return request, Ideal Pack will verify whether the reported defects, damages, or non-compliances are acceptable and whether such issues are attributable to the company. Customers may be required to upload images of the damaged or defective products for assessment. Ideal Pack’s decision following verification shall be final and binding.

6. Returns will only be processed if the product is returned in original condition with complete packaging, accessories, and without any damage occurring after delivery while in the customer’s possession.

7. Ideal Pack will not accept returns in the following cases:

• If an incorrect product model, colour, or specification was ordered by the customer.

• If the product belongs to the Non-Returnable category.

• If the return request or complaint is not registered within the return period of fifteen (15) days.

• If the damage is caused by improper handling, modification, misuse, or depreciation in value after delivery.

8. Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

• Product defects or damage.

• Incorrect product delivery.

• Cancellation of eligible orders within the specified timeframe as outlined in the Order Cancellation Policy.

9. Refunds will be initiated once the return process has been successfully completed and approved by Ideal Pack.

10. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or, where necessary, through an alternative method as determined by Ideal Pack.

11. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. Any applicable shipping fees or taxes may or may not be included in the refunded amount, depending on the circumstances of the return.
