Return & Refund Policy

At Ideal Pack, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
  
  1. Gift Cards
  2. Hygiene Products
  3. Items without proof of purchase
  4. Products not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by ideal Pack
• Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at +971 65642072 or +971 564087004, or fill out our Return Request Form on our website.

Return Shipping Charges

• Standard Returns: A shipping fee of AED 15 will be deducted from your refund for standard returns.
• Bulk Returns: For returns exceeding 5 cartons, an additional fee of up to AED 50 may apply, depending on the weight of the products.
• Exceptions: Return shipping charges will be waived for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered by Ideal Pack.

Refunds

• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14–21 working days.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer.

Gifts

• Direct Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
• Indirect Gifts: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@idealpackuae.com.

Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased under promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, discounts, or minimum spend offers) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before it’s dispatched, a full refund will be issued within 14–21 working days.
• After Dispatch: If canceled after dispatch, a cancellation fee of AED 15 will apply.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received the wrong product due to our error, we will arrange for a free exchange and pickup of the incorrect item.
